Eglantine Desautel, CEO
Eglantine Desautel is the current Chief Executive Officer at EuroCTP. She has more than 20 years of experience in business transformation with a focus on financial services. Prior to joining EuroCTP, Eglantine spent twelve years at Euronext, a leading pan-European stock exchange and market infrastructure, where she held several positions of responsibility. Most notably, Eglantine was Chief of Staff to the Group CEO (2014-2015) and has then led the development and implementation of the new trading system (2015-2018) and, more recently, she served as Head of Market Operations and Digital.
Eglantine holds an Engineering degree obtained from CentraleSupélec – Université Paris-Saclay (2003) and an MSc in Spacecraft technologies and satellite communications from University College London obtained the same year.

Timo Pentner, CTO
Timo Pentner is the current Chief Technology Officer at EuroCTP. Throughout his 25-year career in the FinTech and financial market sectors, Timo held various executive positions such as Product Group Manager and Global Head IT at Flow Traders, VP, Technology Operations & Platform Owner at FIS – InvestOne and Chief Operating Officer at Optionscity Software Inc. (2013-2015). He is also the founder of CerQlar, a SaaS platform designed in 2020 to support energy wholesales market participants’ activities across Europe.
Timo graduated from the School of Finance & Management where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance. He also obtained a Project Management Certification from the Graham School of General Studies at the University of Chicago.
